Students have the option to designate another party to view and pay student bills. This third party (Parents, family members, friends or employers) will need a one-time authorization, issued by the student via the payment website, CASHNet.
Billing statements are available online only through the CASHNet billing portal. Students access CASHNet through their Zagweb account.
**We encourage students to set up their authorized payers as soon as possible**
Students access the following site: https://zagweb.gonzaga.edu
Select "Enter Secure Area" and use your network user name and password to login
Click on the "Student" tile and then "Electronic Billing, Payment, Deposits, and eRefund"
Click on "Enter CASHNet", you will be connected to CASHNet's Main Menu screen
Click on "My Account"
Click on the "Send a payer invitation" link in the "Payers" box.
Fill out the Payer Information and select the access permissions for this payer.
Students access the following site: https://zagweb.gonzaga.edu
Select "Enter Secure Area" and use your network user name and password to login
Click on the "Student" tile and then "Electronic Billing, Payment, Deposits, and eRefund"
Click on "Enter CASHNet", you will be connected to CASHNet's Main Menu screen
Click on "My Account"
Click on the pencil icon next to the payer account you need to reset in the "Payers" box.
Click "Resend payer invitation" and then you can close that payer's profile. A temporary password will be system generated and emailed directly to the authorized payer along with a link to their login site: https://zagweb.gonzaga.edu/authorizedpayer
When the authorized payer logs into their account with the temporary password, they will need to create a new secure password to be able to view your bills and make payments to your account.
