During any conduct process, students will be provided the following:
i. Notice of the allegation(s) being made
ii. Notice of the date of hearing or other process
iii. The opportunity to be heard
iv. The opportunity to have an advisor of their choice present during any stage of the conduct proceedings
v. Notice of the outcome as permitted by FERPA and any other applicable privacy laws
vi. The opportunity to have the outcome reviewed through the appropriate appeals process
