With over 100 student employees, the RFC is always looking for qualified, enthusiastic, and team oriented members to join our family. Below are the following job opportunities:

Front Desk Customer Service Staff

• Provide first class customer service to patrons
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons during their visit
• First Aid, CPR, AED certifications are required

Lifeguard/Floor Attendant 

• Provide first class customer service to patrons
• Maintain the cleanliness of the RFC including pool area, field house, weight room, equipment, and locker rooms
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons during their visit
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, AED certifications are required

Intramural Official

• Demonstrate knowledge of the game/activity, deliver first class customer service, and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for participants
• Exhibit leadership, communication, and teamwork
• Sports knowledge preferred, no officiating experience required

Group Fitness Instructor

• Plan, teach, and lead a well-developed fitness class for GU community members
• Empower, energize, and educate your fellow Zags on healthy class choices that will fit everyone's lifestyle
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of patrons

Private Swim Lesson Instructor

• Plan and instruct a well-developed one-on-one swim lesson for individuals (age ranging from 2 years old and above)
• Communicate with participants, or parents of participants, to establish goals and give feedback
• Ensure the safety of each participant
• Preferred WSI certification

Marketing Intern

• Brainstorm, create, and publish print media, social media posts, and e-mail marketing
• Assistant with graphic designing for the RFC programs which include Intramurals, Aquatics, and Group Fitness Classes
• Position sometimes requires unique hours which include mornings, nights, and weekends
