Format
The Certificate in Women's Leadership offers two formats for your convenience and flexibility - fully online in the fall, and hybrid (online and in-person) in the spring.
Fall 2021 format: The course will be fully virtual, with eight (8) 2-hour live, interactive Zoom classes on select Tuesdays (see schedule below). The structured curriculum is a balance between independent assignments that you can complete on your own schedule and live sessions with other students, your instructor and guest speakers.
Spring 2022 format: Virtual/on-campus hybrid. This will include two, 2-day immersions (four days total) located in Spokane (see schedule below). Additionally, students complete independent work online, including discussion boards, readings, videos and other assignments. This provides structure and in-person interaction, as well as flexibility to complete work when convenient for you.
