Individual Meetings: August 20 - 25th, by appointment
- Instructors meet with each student individually to discuss program, individual goals, and technology.
CFL Orientation (Zoom): Wednesday, August 25th, 2021, 12:00 - 1:00 PM PDT
- Instructors provides detailed overview of program and opportunity to students to begin connecting.

Individual Assessments: September/early October
- Each student starts the course by undertaking a 360 review and an in-depth personality assessment, including a 2-hour individual debriefing by appointment.
- Students will sign up for individual, 2-hour debriefs about the results of their assessments, taking place in early October.
- No sessions scheduled in September.
2-day, Overnight Retreat: Thursday, October 14, 10:00 AM - Friday, October 15, 2021, 4:30 PM
- Venue: Ross Point Camp & Conference Center, Post Falls, Idaho (30 minutes east of Spokane)
- Accommodation and meals provided (all students are requested to stay at Ross Point even if they live nearby)
- This retreat provides a foundation for the cohort to build relationships and trust with each other, as well as begin developing fundamental leadership skills.
- Note: Students must be fully vaccinated for COVID or comply with COVID safety protocols. More details forthcoming.
