Laura Truitt, M.F.A.

Laura Truitt teaches all levels of Painting and Drawing courses as well as the senior seminar studio art course that culminates in a senior show. Truitt is a Painter and Drawer of landscapes, mostly. Her work is influenced by conflicts in land use, land history and emotive relationships between our interior and exterior spaces. She has shown her Paintings and Drawings in New York City, Cincinnati, Denver, South Carolina, Indiana and Yellow Springs, Ohio. Her paintings have been featured in Ruminate Magazine and Manifest Gallery’s publications, including their 2017 International Painting Annual.
