The Gonzaga University Urban Arts Center exhibited a retrospective of Professor Emerita Mary Farrell’s work between September 3rd and October 22nd, 2021. Meditation on Place: Prints & Drawings From the Last 25 Years highlights the breadth, expertise and influence of Professor Farrell’s work, from large scale installation to intimate moments. Farrell’s work finds meaning in the larger world through both human and plant forms, with geography and topography as an inspiration for her drawing.
